PennCIL scores Best Paper Award at 2023 ACM International Symposium on FPGAs

Congratulations to PennCIL Lab members Linus Y. Wong, Jialiang Zhang, and Prof. Jing (Jane) Li for winning the Best Paper Award at the 2023 ACM/SIGDA International Symposium on Field-Programmable Gate Array for the paper “DONGLE: Direct FPGA-Orchestrated NVMe Storage for HLS”.

The annual ACM/SIGDA International Symposium is one of the oldest and the most prestigious conference in FPGA and reconfigurable computing. This year’s Best Paper Award was selected from a total of 82 submissions from industry and academia, out of which 21% of the reviewed papers were finally shortlisted for regular presentation at the conference and 1 was selected as the best paper.
